Hi Frank

It’s Nick from Bullseye tv here. I’m coming out to film your performance and need to let you know that we will need to take a picture of you and your performers holding a photographic id next to your face if appearing in the performance naked. We are not allowed to show any people naked on our show unless we have photographic proof that they are over the age of 18. This proof has to be in the form of a photo of them holding the id next to their face so that we can prove that it’s them and they are over the age of 18.

If you could let your performers know this so we can take pictures before the performance.

Thanks,

sure, nick. gang, bring your picture ids saturday! you too, nick and miriam! of course some of the audience may get involved and we haven't told them to bring picture ids.

again, we have to be very careful to not damage the bamboo floor. please wait to move your equipment into the space until we can talk there. we'll be there at 6:30.

Hey Frank,

I have a couple more questions!! Firstly, if you are planning on projecting images, I was wondering what sort of images they will be, and will there be any copyrighting issues? Secondly do you know if the band are happy for us to feature their music and performance in the show? And lastly for insurance purposes is there going to be anything potentially dangerous in any way your performance?

Let me know! Thanks!

Miri

the slides on our bodies are from our past performances. so there is no copyright issue...even if you could make out the images on our bodies.
the band is my band.

depends on what you means by dangerous. during over 40 years of performance, nobody [except for me] hasn been physically harmed/hurt. but everything i do is dangerous. my art is dangerous. i'm dangerous!
